Basic Home Inspection up to 2000 square feet $225.00
Computer generated reports are prepared with digital photographs of related issues.
Customers can download their report from our website by 9:00am the following day. Fees are based on square footage of living area with a minimum charge of $225.00.
A rate of $10.00 per 100 square feet of living area applies to properties over 2000 square feet.
Additional fees are added for inspections of systems not covered under basic home inspection.
